League Information

St. Louis Lax is excited to offer a Pre-Season Indoor Lacrosse conditioning and scrimmage league for high school girls. This program aims to provide weekly skills improvement for both new and returning players, helping them prepare for the upcoming lacrosse season. The sessions will be supervised by certified lacrosse officials and experienced local and former collegiate players.

This marks the 25th year of St. Louis Lax’s fall and winter indoor programs for girls.

Requirements:
Protective eye goggles and a mouth-guard are mandatory for all participants.
Lacrosse pinnies will be provided.

Directions: Take I-270 South to MO Highway 21 (Tesson Ferry Road). Turn right (south) and immediately get into the left lane to turn left onto Mattis Road, then left again onto Old Tesson Road. Follow the outer road to the end.

January 3, 2025: You will receive an email with the schedule for your first session on January 7th.
Winter Session: January 7 - February 18, 2025
Fee: $145.00
Goalies: $70.00
Early Registration (by December 17, 2024): $135.00
Late Registration (after January 3, 2025): Additional $25.00 fee

Schedule:
Games are held on Tuesdays at 3:45 PM or 4:00 PM at Vetta Concord Sports Center.
Dates: January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4, 11, 18
