League Information

St. Louis Lax will again offer a Pre-Season Indoor Lacrosse conditioning and scrimmage league for girl’s high school players. The goal is to present a weekly skills improvement program for returning high school players to offer them the opportunity to condition themselves for the coming lacrosse season under the guidance and supervision of certified lacrosse officials and local and former collegiate lacrosse players.

This is the 19th year that St. Louis Lax has offered girls Fall & Winter Indoor programs.

The girl’s program will require every girl to wear protective eye goggles and a mouth-guard in order to participate in any scrimmage.

Pre-Season Indoor Lacrosse is recommended by the majority of girl’s high school coaches in the St. Louis area as the best conditioning to prepare for the Spring 2020 Lacrosse season.

The Fall Session will begin MONDAY Oct. 21, 2019 and playing seven (7) weeks, off the week of Thanksgiving, ending on Monday December 9, 2019 with one 50 minute game each week.
